The popularity of Words with Friends has created a resurgence in the original game of Scrabble. If you’re into design or a fan of typography, then it’s only reasonable to think that you’ll be a fan of Scrabble Typography Edition. The highlight of this luxurious set is the solid walnut tiles featuring a wide variety of different, interesting fonts. They’re joined in the set by a solid walnut storage case with drawer, a six-panel solid walnut magnetized gameboard with non-slip cork backing, and metal tile racks. Oh, and each set will include a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by the creator, Drew Capener.

Medea Vodka claims to be the “Best Engineered Vodka in the World.” It’s packaging design also has pretty extensive engineering in itself. In a saturated market of adult beverages and high-end competition like Grey Goose and Belvedere, Medea Vodka (made in Holland) grabs our attention in a different way by incorporating a programmable screen on the front of their bottles. The ticker can be programmed with up to six different messages and up to 255 characters each. The batteries last up to a year, but really, who takes a year to finish a bottle of vodka?

In Our Genes has garnered media attention recently because of their truly unique products and work to fight disease. Founder, Darrin Grandmason, created a line of clothing featuring unique genetic art with a charitable tie. This genetic art is actually artistically-rendered DNA prints of some of the planet’s most challenging diseases. In Our Genes Mission: To eradicate disease one piece of clothing at a time.
